Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Garth Smith Studio collects and why.
What is collected
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping address and phone number. Payment card details are entered directly into Square's payment form and are never received or stored by this website. When you send an enquiry: the details you type into the form.
Who it is shared with
Square, for payment processing and order records. White House Custom Colour, for producing and shipping your print, which requires your name and shipping address. Nichols Photo Lab, where an order is produced locally instead.
